Мы знаем, что многие из вас могут быть расстроены узнав об этом, однако мы не можем продолжать разрешать данному клубу ассоциироваться с нашим брендом, т.к. клуб не соблюдал условия существовавших договоренностей, несмотря на многочисленные попытки и дополнительные возможности, предлагаемые Gold's Gym.

Данный клуб не будет являться частью системы Gold’s Gym International и не будет иметь права пользоваться системами или использовать товарный знак Gold’s Gym. Любое дальнейшее использование систем, товарного знака или ноу-хау Gold’s Gym после расторжения договора является незаконным.

Мы настойчиво работаем над поиском нового места в Сыктывкаре, и мы надеемся, что в ближайшее время Gold’s Gym вернется в ваш город.

We regret to inform you that in the nearest future the club located at Syktyvkar, Stancionnaya str. 152, will be deprived of the rights to use the Gold’s Gym trademarks.

We know that many of you will be disappointed with this change, but we cannot continue to allow this club to be associated with our brand, if the club had not complied with the terms of existing agreements, despite many attempts and second chances offered by Gold’s Gym.

This club will no longer be part of the Gold’s Gym International system and will no longer have the rights to use the systems or trademark of Gold’s Gym. Any further use of the Gold’s Gym trademark, systems, or knowhow after agreement termination will be illegal.

We are working hard to find an alternative location in Syktyvkar and hope that in the nearest future Gold’s Gym will return to your city.
